My Sketch - Pencil Sketches App Reviews

This sketch app is fun to use in limited fashion. 2 or 3 of the sketches look pretty good; the holiday themes are quite nice. Free so you cant go wrong

I love this app. The only thing I would add it a choice to make photos into coloring pages.

Never going back to the old drawing apps , this one is top notch.

This app does a great job at initially creating a line drawing. I wish there were more options for fine tuning shadows and balance but this is a quick and easy way to get a great basis to export for further editing. Highly recommend!

I am addicted to this app! Not a fan of my own pictures but, using this app on them makes it more tolerable!! Just try it!

Love this app. Unlike some apps, it can access the pics that youve already taken that are stored on your phone and turn them into sketches. Plus, its free.

Search for "pencil sketch" on the App Store and you will get a ton of terrible apps that all use the exact same filters. This is not one of them. This one has a pleasant, non-obnoxious interface. No bugs. No nagging to rate it or buy upgrades. It has some pretty ok filters. If I want an edge detection-based filter I think Ill use this app. It doesnt have any real sketch filters that use strokes. It instead has a scan of a piece of paper with scribbles on it and composites your photo over it in black and white. Kind of a joke if you want a pencil sketch but its an ok look if thats what you want.

I enjoy this app but the cropping feature is limited. It would be great to be able to crop however I want rather than choose a preset portrait or landscape mode.

App did just what it promised... Fun!

This app is so different and fun. I can spend hours playing with all the different possibilities.

This app works well and is a lot of fun. It really helps if you experiment with different versions of the original photo (exposure, contrast, etc.) and the adjustments within the app. I also found that converting most photos to black and white before using My Sketch also helps.

I enjoy this app, would like to see some more graphic creativity on the filters. Good job!

Id like to be able to play a more active part in creating a sketch or least editing it. What it does on its own is wonderful. Does a great job. But I have a little influence in how it produces what it does.
